Yıldırım & Demir was founded in Istanbul with a vision that crossed borders from its first day. What began as a boutique practice advising Turkish and foreign clients on commercial and corporate matters has grown into a legal presence spanning four continents.
Over a quarter-century, the network of institutional relationships we have woven led to offices in Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Gaziantep and Trabzon, alongside Nicosia, Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Dubai and Baku.
Our philosophy is simple: law knows no borders. We combine the rigour of Turkish legal culture with the agility clients need when operating in a fast-moving global environment.
