Can Arslan is a Partner in the firm’s Ankara office, where he leads the citizenship and immigration practice. Since the Turkish citizenship-by-investment programme opened in 2017 he has guided thousands of clients through administrative and judicial proceedings, and he is the firm’s principal point of contact before the ministries and the migration authority.

Law at Ankara University. Postgraduate specialisation in Immigration Law and Private International Law.

Turkish citizenship by investment, residence and work permits, international family reunification and cross-border succession, advising clients from Germany, the Gulf states and Central Asia.
