Elif Demir joined the firm in 2004 and became Senior Partner in 2012. She heads the Banking & Finance practice from the Levent office, advising leading Turkish and European banks, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers on complex financing structures, regulatory matters and distressed debt situations.
